Day 1 of Many

So today was the day when I found out who my personal trainer would be. I was very scared, right to the point where I forgot my shoes in my car haha. But he was pretty cool. His name is Trent, he looks pretty young, and he is good looking but not so much that he would be distracting me from my ultimate goal hahaha. I felt good going in as I was warned that almost everyone falls when they are doing squats at first and I have done them before so I figured I was good. Sure enough I did not fall (few) but after the workout I could barely walk hahaha. Not looking forward to getting up tomorrow!

The rest of the session was really just to look at my physical abilities and see where my limitations were. After a few planks, crunchies, some chest curl things and something else that I forget now I was told to go home and get ready for a full workout on Monday. WHAT??? That wasn't a full workout??? Oh crap. Guess I better get used to having sore muscles!

I have been focusing a lot on eating. Last weekend was a write off thanks to a very very bad weekend at work but I'm a lot more focused now. Learning how to turn off your emotional eating is very hard so that will be mainly where I am focusing as well as eating breakfast no matter how small and not drinking my ginger ail which I am addicted to. Lets hope i find the strength within me to resist temptations! That will be this weeks goal.
