2 weeks in

Well I donno about you today but all my muscles are very sore! Guess that means I was working out properly! I have been enjoying my training sessions with Trent and look forward to them but they definitely do not come without some pain and suffering haha.

In 2.5 weeks I'm supposed I run a 10k but I will most likely be walking most of it as the dr only recently cleared me to run haha. I am a bit afraid but am focusing a lot of my energy towards positive thinking during my workouts and positive motivation.

I haven't seen any weight loss yet but it hasn't helped that I've had my cycle and that tends to make me look like I'm pregnant with my bloating :( but hey! Once that's I've ima look like I lost 20 lb! Hahaha.

My cycle comes with the challenge of eating properly. I have NO control over myself when that time comes. I need my junk food or ima kill you! But i was actually Fairly good with myself! I did give in to a few things but I said no to ice cream and a cheese burger and chocolate bars. So that was alright. However, I have to stop letting my veggies rot in my fridge and instead eat them! Opps!

My goal for this week is to pick up my running but since I will be in Vancouver for the weekend I will make this my goal for the next 2 weeks in preparation for my 10k. This is the first step to that half marathon goal in 2014!!!
