Wait for it, Wait for it............

4 LB DOWN!!!!! Yes there has finally been some weightloss! I found out on Friday but it was confirmed by the gyms fancy scale yesterday! So yay that is very exciting to finally see some results!!!

What an encouraging week this has been! My running has been really good as yesterday I did 5k and I ran more of it then I walked and did it in just under an hour! So my 2 hour time limit for the 10k on Sunday should be good. I have also had people encourage me in a variety off ways. This morning I woke up to a text that included a free bag of Visalus!!! (Thank you brooklyn!!!) not to mention I am very very happy every day thanks to the exercise endorphins haha!

This week I start school...tomorrow actually. So I am really aiming to keep my focus on my course and my workouts. Lots to do! I am excited but also worried about falling into traps food wise while I'm doing homework and working full time lol. A bit scary but I believe I can do it!

My main goal for this week is the TC10K. To not get discouraged, to keep my focus on my breathing and get through it feeling good! I am excited to do it but also terrified. I will bring you updates after the run!!! Until then, have a good week!!!!
