PROGRESS!!!!!

No weight loss yet.....BUT I have definitely made progress in my fitness! Trent decided to be sneaky and add weight onto each of my machines without telling me haha. It worked well because I noticed a difference but wasn't aware that it was actually heavier. So that is progress!

Yesterday he did a lot of core things with me like bicycles and crunchies and leg lifts (I loath leg lifts) and I was dead after! But today I woke up and was not sore and met with him again and he worked me even harder then yesterday and I feel great that I did it! I also ran for 10 min straight on the tread mill!!!!! I used to go to the gym back in the fall and I could only run for 2 min tops on the tread mill so for me this is huge!

I have had a few food slip ups but have not been giving into pop or really sugary things and have been noticing that I don't feel the need to eat really sugary things! I had a rough couple days with an incident that took place at work but i was able to keep the emotional eating under control!!! I'm really excited about all the small changes that have taken place in the past few weeks. Now if only my body would get smaller!!!!
