Well I'm a week and a half In to my physical change and Im feeling pretty good! My challenge last week was to avoid temptation and though I didn't succeed completely, I feel as though I did pretty good. I only had 2 pops, and some Easter chocolate, but I did not give in to the cream egg!!!!! Yay!!! So overall I feel as though I did very well.
Today will be my third session with Trent and although I'm not looking forward to being stiff and sore, I actually look forward to them each time! He has been focusing a lot on building muscle, but I'm hoping to start cardio soon as well!
This weeks challenge will to be to start running again! I am supposed to be doing the TC 10K in a few weeks, and though I plan on walking 98% of it, I would like to run some of it as well! So that is where my focus will be in the weeks to come!
